- Report to Group Chief Financial Officer.
- Presentation of Financial Reports.
- Preparation annual budgets.
- Preparation of Financial Analysis Reports.
- Raising reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer on any areas where risk might be encountered due to incompliance with the group’s adopted policies and standards.
- Implement and apply established accounting policies and procedures for the company.
- Oversee day to day activities and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Accounting department.
- Comparing financial statements by period to period, compare with the competitors in the same industry.
- Financial statements analysis by using common size analysis.
- Analysis different investments scenarios using different evaluation methods ( net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index , payback period … etc )
- Prepare and present the responsibility centers and segments performance measurement reports.
- Prepare and present profitability analysis for product, business unit, customer profitability analysis.
- Review and present return on investment (ROI) and residual income ( RI) to assist in financial analysis, planning and make recommendations.
- Banking and cash management control .
